WHAT IS Click & Reserve

With our brand new Click & Reserve service, you can now reserve your favourite items from the comfort of your home and then try them on in your chosen store. More


You can reserve up to 3 articles FREE OF CHARGE and with no obligation. A maximum quantity of 2 or a maximum of 2 sizes per article may be reserved. You can easily check the availability of any item under ‘Reserve and collect for free in store’.

Select the size and colour of your favourite item and then select your preferred store. Upon receipt of your reservation confirmation, the items will be reserved for you for three working days without any obligation.



All reservations can normally be collected from your chosen store until 3pm on the same working day. Reservations made after 3pm will be ready for collection from 11am on the next working day. Our colleagues in the store will be happy to advise you when trying on the items.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:

1) Select the article

Select the desired article or several articles (up to 3 items in 2 different sizes) and reserve them

2) Confirmation by email

Once you have completed your reservation, we will send you a confirmation email

3) Fitting in your chosen store

You can try on the reserved items in your chosen store within three working days
